Need a little more flexibility?

Whether your family needs an earlier start, a longer afternoon, or occasional care, AIA offers flexible extended-day options designed to support your schedule while keeping your child in the same nurturing Montessori environment.

Choose programs

Pick each program separately and choose how you would like it: the full year, particular months, set weekdays, or single drop-in days. You can mix them.

Child’s Date of Birth * Type it in, for example 03/14/2019. Each program has a minimum age, so we only show the ones your child qualifies for.

A community snack is provided during the After School program only. Children in any program are welcome to bring their own snack.

Health and pick-up

Allergies or medical notes * This appears on the classroom roster your child’s teacher receives. Dietary restrictions * Other than Parents, who is authorized for pick-up? * Authorized individuals will need to show ID at the time of pick-up. Anything else we should know?

Before You Submit

Programs are subject to space availability.
Charges are added to your FACTS account.
Lunch is not provided during Lunch Bunch. Students bring a packed lunch from home.
The program offers daily, monthly, and yearly options, which will be billed to your FACTS account once you make your selection. If you prefer to pay by check, kindly drop off the check at the office by Wednesday, August 5th, 2026 at 2:00 PM.
A community snack will be provided for students in the After School program only. If your child prefers to bring their own snack, they are welcome to do so.
There are no refunds given for weather-related cancellations or student absence due to vacation or illness.
