Enrichment, In and Beyond the Classroom
A richer student experience, thoughtfully woven into the Montessori day, and extended into the world beyond it.
At AIA, enrichment is not reserved for after school. Students experience Art, Engineering, Music, Physical Education and Yoga as part of the regular school program. Spanish is introduced at Pre-Primary and becomes a daily part of the program starting in Kindergarten, continuing through Elementary and Middle School. These subjects are part of the curriculum, not optional add-ons, supporting creativity, movement, problem-solving, cultural understanding, and whole-child development.
Learning doesn't stop at the classroom door. Field trips, guest speakers, outdoor lessons, and partnerships with our local community give students the chance to carry what they've learned into the real world.
For students who want to explore even further, AIA also offers a rotating selection of after-school electives designed to spark new interests, deepen existing passions, and extend learning beyond the regular school day.

Giving back, together.
Caring for others is part of an AIA education. Throughout the year, our students take part in service and giving—learning early that they are part of a community larger than themselves.
