Since the Georgia Student Scholarship Organization (GASSO) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, contributions qualify for a charitable deduction on federal tax returns and are eligible for many corporate matching gift funds. Step 1: Submit this Pre-Approval Form IT-QEE-TP1 to the Georgia Department of Revenue. Step 2: Return completed Donor Designation Form, the donation check and a copy of Approved Form (IT-QEE-TP1) to GASSO, Inc. Step 3: Elementary students must enroll in Public school to be eligible to receive a scholarship. Attendance is not required. To schedule an appointment to register call (678) 947-0863 ext. 3. Ask to register ONLY for GA Tax Program Eligibility when booking your appointment. Step 4: Complete Scholarship Application Form and turn in to AIA Finance Manager. |
